I read from an article that  Swamy Vallalar Kayakalpa contains herb mixutre of five herbs namely 1. Vallarai, 2. Thuthuvalai, 3. Puliyarai, 4. Potralai (Karisalai (white)) and 5. Peayan. I like to know what is percentage share of each in its composition (mix). or what should be the weight of each herb before making powder and mixing. Thankful for response
